Lockformer Custom Machinery recently supplied a new Duplex 820
Roll Forming Machine to produce construction wall panels. The
system can produce products at varying widths all by adjustment;
thus, greatly minimizing changeover times. The system replaces
the current production method of press braking and will greatly
increase production rates.Dahlstrom has supplied a
refurbished a 400-Series Roll Forming Machine to produce gate
support "Z" channels. The system can produce products at speeds
up to 100 FPM (for 4' cut lengths), which drastically reduce
costs when compared to the old production method of press
braking. A new drive system, coupled with an open loop length
control system, gives the user batching capabilities to produce
one of three cut lengths, almost tripling current production
rates!
